These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and xo99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the xo99 website, mobile platform, games, betting markets, and all associated services available at xo99.bio.

xo99 is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and transparent gaming environment for all registered players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xo99 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all balances, and permanent closure:

• Using any automated betting system, script, bot, artificial intelligence, or algorithmic tool to interact with xo99 games or sports betting markets.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game or sports betting outcomes, including chip dumping in poker-style games.
• Exploiting software bugs, disconnection glitches, or any other technical fault to obtain a financial advantage.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund an xo99 account.
• Providing false identity documentation during KYC verification.
• Accessing xo99 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law, using VPN services or proxy servers to circumvent geographical restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or use of non-public information in sports betting markets.

xo99 employs dedicated fraud detection and game integrity monitoring systems. All player activity is logged and subject to review. Where a violation is identified, xo99 reserves the right to freeze the account immediately, conduct a full investigation, and take appropriate action including confiscation of all balances and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

Either the player or xo99 may initiate account closure at any time. The procedures and consequences differ depending on which party initiates the closure and the reason for it.

xo99 also reserves the right to suspend accounts temporarily for security reviews, compliance checks, or technical maintenance. Players affected by temporary suspensions will be notified by email and the suspension will be lifted as soon as the relevant review is complete.

xo99 is firmly committed to responsible gaming and player wellbeing. Gambling on xo99 is intended to be a form of entertainment. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable and begins to cause financial, emotional, or social harm, players are strongly encouraged to make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the xo99 platform.

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Limits: You may set a maximum gaming session duration. The platform will notify you when your chosen session time has elapsed.
• Cooling-Off Periods: You may request a temporary suspension of your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this period your account remains registered but deposits and gameplay are disabled.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request a self-exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months up to a maximum of 5 years. During a self-exclusion period, your account is locked and no promotional communications will be sent. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the selected period expires.

xo99's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their xo99 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• Service Availability: xo99 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party provider outages, and force majeure events may result in temporary service interruptions. xo99 will use reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and will communicate planned maintenance windows to players in advance where practicable.
• Third-Party Game Providers: Game content on xo99 is supplied by independent third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. xo99 is not liable for technical faults originating within third-party game software, provided that xo99 takes reasonable steps to remedy such faults promptly upon notification.
• Internet Connectivity: xo99 is not responsible for any losses arising from disconnections, latency issues, or failures in your internet connection during gameplay. It is your responsibility to maintain a stable and secure internet connection while using the platform.
• Incorrect Information: xo99 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to provide accurate account or payment information, or from your failure to update account details following a change in personal circumstances.

xo99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice, subject to the following provisions:

• The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date displayed prominently at the top of the document.
• For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, xo99 will endeavour to provide registered players with at least 7 days' advance notice via email to their registered address.
• Your continued use of the xo99 platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure.
• It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. xo99 recommends reviewing these Terms each time you make a deposit or claim a bonus.

In the event of any conflict between the English-language version of these Terms and any other language version that may be provided for informational purposes, the English-language version shall prevail in all respects.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which xo99 holds its operating licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and xo99, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter in good faith through direct communication in the first instance. To initiate a formal dispute, players must contact xo99 support at [email protected] with a detailed written description of the issue, the outcome sought, and all supporting documentation. xo99 will acknowledge all formal disputes within 48 hours and aim to provide a final resolution within 14 business days.

• Game Result Disputes: All game results are determined by certified RNG systems and are final. In the event of a technical fault that affects a game outcome, xo99 will investigate using server-side game logs and apply a fair resolution consistent with what the game result would have been absent the fault.
• Sports Betting Disputes: Sports betting disputes are resolved with reference to official match and tournament results from recognised governing bodies including the ICC, FIFA, and BPL organisation. In-play betting disputes arising from data feed delays are resolved using server-side bet placement timestamps.
• Payment Disputes: Payment disputes must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction date. Disputes submitted after this period may not be investigated at xo99's discretion.
